You will get no warning when they do run out of ink. I placed the color ink back in and it still gives me that error and now I cant do anything on my printer, no copies or scans or print. If the error message is still displayed on the LCD, the firmware update probably will not fix the problem. Now the printer is working! stopped working. this contact form My PSC 2355 somehow refuses to recognize the original cartridge which came with the printer.
It should catch under the tabs on the carriage, as shown in the illustration below.
