It is not a free download so you will have to get your way around that little part, but it really works. Another option is booting your Notebook with and running GetDataBack from the Runtime Live CD. This includes all Unicode character sets, such as Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Greek... Hope you’ll enjoy it and will choose the one as required by you.
