When I logged in this morning and I retried loading tables it was successful.All fixed now. If the pay2myob.bin file is not read only so we can not rule out the fact that its read only.The only another thing is that you don't have full control of that pay2myob.bin so you would need to make sure that you are logging into Windows as an Administrator. This is due to permissions or the file is read only or in use.
