Thank you for your reply. I tried plugging it into my laptop and although it showed as a drive (E:), it wouldn't bring up any files and gave me an error message as well. Try to remove and reconnect them and try to copy the files again.o Always keep updated CD drivers:You should always keep updating the CD drivers, if CD drivers are old then the operating system won't be able to read it.
