Run the download to reinstall the printer If software was downloaded and extracted to your system: 1. Here is how to turn it off!!! I wonder why HP not have talked to you.

THE USER INSISTS ON HAVING IT WORK! Sorry I didnt get back to you until now, I ended up out on the road all week.I had already seen the advice below on the first page I found during help searches, but I forgot to mention I had already tried it.I have a disk, and a fresh downloaded copy of my drivers, but at no point could I find L4uninstall.exeI also did not find the L1, L2, and L3 uninstalls that I have seen mentioned previously..I found the uninslaller listed on HP websites, and runing it once have me stage 1, a second run was stage 2, then stage 3, then stage 4.By now I had got desperate and tried everything i thought might help, removing all traces from startup entries and services in msconfig, uninstalling anything HP related, I even backed up, then deleted (out of desperation) the HP folders.Nothing helped.
