Without the disk, the message will keep popping up multiple times. Solved! And what this report about is all what happens to me. I have this problem: "The feature you are trying to use is on CD-ROM or other removabledisk that is not available Insert the 'SolutionCenter' disk and click OK" then it says: "Use Source: 1" Finally it says: "An installation package for the produce "SolutionCenter" could not be found.
You are on it! cause the file that is missing it will be download and install with the service pack. **** NOTE, I Did try to download theWindows CleanUp Utility. Make sure the Solution Center update version number is HIGHER than the .ocx version of your flash.Hope this helps everyone. The most recent reason for HP Solution Center problems is Windows users' upgrading their operating system from Windows XP/Vista to Windows 7.
