Whenever I try to scan using the HP Solution Center on my laptop, this error comes up. this contact form Still a no-go.

Once that was done, the problems were solved. Their only act is to simply tell you tounstall and reinstall, but without removing this one component, you'll have nothing but problems. Click the twain_32 folder to open it.

Retry the scan from HP Director or HP software. 3) Check whether you have any multiple scanner devices listed in Select Device Tab in HP Director, like HP Scanjet Scanner 3970#1, 3970#2..Still No go? 4) Locate the HP Photo and Imaging Director or HP Director Icon on the desktop or from the Start -> Programs -> HP Menu under Start Button.
