I'm at the point where I'm considering ridiculous solutions like jamming some paper into the rollers, and then removing it. (kidding obviously)Is there a way to determine where the paper jam signal is being sent from? Try to print a document.

After going thropugh all the steps everyone listed I kept having the same problems. Right cart, left cart. But I still get the paper jam message.
