For some reason leaving Microsoft word open resolved this. I have waited for 20 minutes. After doing all of that, I got the Document failed to print message in the print queue, although the on board message center says "1 COPY/ 100%" Guess I need a new printer. Uninstall the existing driver before installing the new.
