I replaced the cartridges and tried to align the paper but all that happens is it kicks out a blank piece of paper and throws an error-alignment failed. Reattach the rear access door.

I then press the OK button and the paper that is 3/4 of the way thru the printer self ejects and then itimmediately picks up another paper and does the same thing over and over again.
