This computer is connceted to a home network and I have tried turning on and off the different computers connected to the network as well as rebooting the printer. Are there any contacts or pins missing from the card? If you have a memory card, such as from a camera, then you may can try putting it in the printer as a test for responsiveness. To resolve this issue, press any button on the product control panel to reactivate the display. Suddenly, with or without computers turned on I get an error message that read " memory card error". If the product still cannot read the card, try an older or smaller capacity version of that card type.
