Try the 2 souces above. Last thing to try is leaving the machine unplugged for 10 to 20 minutes and then plug back in and try again which is what HP recommends in the service manual and what any tech or service company would say if you were to call and ask for some advice.Advanced Troubleshooting for the HP Laserjet 50.2 Fuser Error in a 4000, 4050, and 41001.
