If so, start here: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5254078&lang=en&cc=us and select your OS. It was a little tough getting one of the connectors off! (not on your video), so, what i did was to carefully snap off the plastic clips with a small scewdriver, which was holding the wire connector in place, I had to tease out the connector cause it's wedged in their quite tightly, once out - it was a cinch to plug in the new connector!And now the printer works great!Thanks very much!

So if you do have this error and following the few troubleshooting tips that I gave you above didn't solve your problem,  I would replace the fuser in your HP laserjet 4000, 4050, and 4100 printer to solve your 50.2 fuser error in your machine.HP Laserjet 4000, 4050, and  4100 Fuser RemovalNote: Unplug power and communication cables and allow at least 10 minutes for cool down before fuser removal. 1a. 4100 - Facing the rear of the printer, press the left side (formatter side) of the rear output bin and release the hinge from the slot. 1b. 4000 - Facing the rear of the printer, pinch the right side of the Rear Output Bin and release the hinge from the slot. 1c. 4000 -   remove the Left and Right Duplex Access Covers from the rear of the printer by pulling each from the bottom. 2. out real well. Not really too tough to replace, with any technical skill. Several things can cause the 50.2 Fuser Error in the HP laserjet 4000, 4050, and 4100.
