I've owned HP since my first printer years ago. I bought another (the same) printer and the exact same problem after 1 week. If anyone has any information please let me know because i cant afford to buy another printer and i love the way this printer functioned. http://orgias.org/hp-officejet/hp-officejet-pro-8500a-carriage-jam-error.html Reply 0 0 Gordon_H Professor Posts: 2,418 Member Since: ‎11-22-2011 Message 9 of 12 (3,797 Views) Report Inappropriate Content Re: Blinking panel lights OfficeJet 8500A [Edited] Options Mark as New Bookmark Subscribe Subscribe to RSS Feed Highlight Print Email to a Friend Report Inappropriate Content ‎02-08-2013 11:12 AM - last edited on ‎04-19-2016 12:32 PM by OscarFuentes Given all the information, I would say the printer either needs repaired or replaced.
