After all the usual stuff didn't work, I came up with a new and desperate way to reset the ink level sensor:1) Put a new color cartridge in, the priner recognizes it and displayed the "Align Cartridges Press OK to continue" message2)Swap the old cartridge back in then press OKAlignment succeeds, and the printer works with the old cartridge again.
