Just be careful and ground your body to a metal > part of the case, have ALL cables unplugged before you do touch it and > be carefull as the chips on the circuit board are static sensitive. You'll be able to ask any tech support questions, or chat with the community and help others. Then miraculously it started to align the cartridges. The color cartridge is the likely suspect because of its age, especially if it has been in the printer for more than a year.I do not recall if the Officejet 6110 will allow printing in reserve mode, you might try removing first the color and printing a test page, then replace the color and remove the black and print a test page. I have removed and reinstalled the cartridges several times, I even went and bought new cartridges in case there was something wrong with the old ones.
