Hp Officejet 5610 Troubleshooting Cartridge Error

After a Full NVM Reset i got it to boot but it kept getting stuck at the "cartridge alignment phase" since the scanner would not work and thus it could not complete setup. "Carterage error: incorrect carterage" which makes no sense because it was the correct carterage yesterday and ever earlier today.

When you get to Tech Support explain that you are getting a cartridge error whenever you insert the cartridge and that a replacement cartridge worked. Troubleshooting hasn't resolved the issue. One error will be Cartridge Error and the other will be just letting you know that you need to put a cartridge back in. The Tech Support agent is required to perform troubleshooting to verify the issue so just go through with it and hopefully they replace the cartridge.For the connectivity issue I would suggest that you open a new post on the Printer Installation/Setup category so that issues will not get mixed up in posts.Cheers!
