Hp Laserjet 4050n Error Message

I has 2 thumb screws at top and bottom. What I would do is a cold reset so your home network could assign its own IP address. With the printer off, hold down the large green button, then power on the printer. Over time that material would wear away and all that was left was the glue which held the material in place. The second page will show you IP address. Then go to your driver, click on Ports and change the port to a Standard TCP/IP port. If it rotates more that once it is not working properly and should be repaired or replaced. http://orgias.org/hp-laserjet/hp-laserjet-1000-error-message.html

Also, this doesn't happen when using tray 1 (at least with about 100 sheets). Laser Jet printer failure with 13.1c.00 error indicates a paper jam in the fuser. You are the man!!! The printer will spit these blank pages out at the beginning of the next job. If it is aligned just a little off it will stick and you will get the message. If the short cut method doesn't reset the maintenance count then you will need to go service mode to manually reset the maintenance count to zero.

Pretty much you have a switch going bad on the board. Also you might want print off an error log and see if a 41.5 error sometimes happens which would in my personal experience point to the feed assembly failing which was mentioned earlier.

I had another tray from another 4050 that I put in the printer, and I get the same error with that tray, too.
