Check This Out Thanks guys! If they are worn and they don't pick up the paper you will get a 13.1 and possible that they will pick the paper when you clear the error. If that flag is broken and does not activate when paper starts up the path then the printer does not know paper has started to move and when it reaches the registration assembly the printer becomes confused.

We disassembled the entire tray 2 assemblyand completely cleaned the solenoid and it worked! Thanks FYOC.com, you rock.
Tray 1 and 2 print fine.
