If the same computer make sure the parallel port shows up under devices and is working ok. Is there a way to fix the alignment of the printer to match the position of the labels? I've reinstalled the toner cartridge. I switched over to the "colder" toner from GCC and had no more problems.

Noise is constant. It just stops and there is never any marks on the page. I tried plugging it into other USB ports on the back of the computer with still no results. but is printing fine on the edges.
