I get the familiar, "device installation is not complete...." error after the splash screen opens.I have tried everything I know and everything that HP has written on the subject, but after three days and nights of wrestling with this crappy software, I still cannot open the HP Solution Center.On a good note, though, the printer and scanner drivers did install, and Windows and all my software see and recognize the new Officejet 4500 G510a All-In-One; so I can print just fine and have the Properties options that I would have in Solution Center.Scanning can be done from Start > Settings > Control Panel > Scanners and Cameras > Officejet 4500 G510a-f.
