May 09, 2013 | HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet... 1 Answer Hi, I am getting the same problem as others with my 6310 yesterday. You can go to pg. 96 through pg. 99 in your manual. Some all-in-one models do not support this feature, I am not sure aout the Officejet 6310.
I have 2 laptops with issues, hp dv9005 with broken hinges & a dv8000 with a cracked lcd. Yesterday it was still working. I do not recall any software changes coming from HP in the past few months so can't figure out what might have triggered the cartridge error, either. hello, some of the time the color ink cartridge can cause the problem, especially if its a refilled ink, but at same time, i do know some of the new inks right out of the box will fail. Both cartridges have to be HP, otherwise the message will continue to appear.
